Bus exhaust smoke, lots of it!

I was walking home from uni today and saw this bus drive past with a massive cloud of smoke coming out of the exhaust, it was like a smoke machine on steroids. It managed to fill up this whole junction full of smokey clouds and then it turned at the junction, I thought so it could pull over and turn off the engine. But no, then it pulls back on to the road I was walking on to fill up another junction full of smoke. It was crazy, so much smoke, it was hard to breathe and see, I’ve never seen anything like it before.
