BT Tent

I was walking to the shop to get lunch the other day and saw this tent erected in the middle of the street. It looked well funny so I took some pictures. It was in front of one of those green electrical boxes and it was raining so I presume the tent was to prevent the guy inside from getting electrocuted in case rain got into the box.

Strange noises were coming from the tent, obviously the sounds of a BT technician hard at work.
