I went to see the second play of my life last night, Council Depot Blues. As you can probably tell from the name, it was AWESOME. Proper British comedy.
They got everything right from the Liverpudlian accents of the workers to the well written storyline and plot. I won’t give too much away about the plot, but it was actually really well done and much better than I had expected judging by the title of the play. My dad came as well and being a council worker himself loved it, definitely worth a watch if you work for the local council but it was a great comedy for anyone to enjoy overall. The young chav character was seamless too and helped to add that contrast between the characters.

Secondly you may have noticed not much action lately in the form of posts, that’s because I’ve been busy setting up and running Uk Tech Review. Give it a look if you have the time, I’m really enjoying running it.
I’ll keep posting crap as often as I can though and since my hosting automatically renewed the other day I’m here to stay! (Not that I wouldn’t go away anyways!)

A picture I took whilst out today photographing a local church. It was a simple long exposure with a shutter speed of about 5″. I like the way the many lines on the picture (road markings, car lights, curb) are all parallel to each other.

Heineken Draught Keg, dodgy pints!

I bought one of these Heineken Draught Kegs, they look awesome and the concept is well cool but I just cannot seem to get the thing to produce decent pints, they all turn out basically as glasses of foam and you have to wait for the foam to calm down and turn to beer. I’ve tried tipping up the glass as well as the keg but to no avail. It’s still good fun though, just have to wait a few minutes for your cup of foam to turn into beer.

There’s a park down the road from me and the people who have houses that back onto the park are now allowed to extend their gardens on to it. Now they will have super massive, long gardens. Funny fact about this park: a good few months ago I rang up my local council to see if I could buy the park off them to use as land for a micronation I wanted to start, The People’s Democratic Republic of Adam. It never took off.
